GraderIQ, Inc. (“GraderIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the GraderIQ website and web application (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Definitions

Account – A unique account created by you to access the Service.

Personal Data – Information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify an individual.

Usage Data – Information collected automatically when you use the Service.

User Content – Images of cards, grading results, and other information you upload or submit.

Service Providers – Third parties that support the operation of the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments).

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Personal Data

Name and email address

Account credentials

Subscription and billing status

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored by GraderIQ.

b. User Content

Images of trading or sports cards uploaded or captured through your device

Card details and metadata you provide

AI-generated grading estimates, probability distributions, and related outputs

c. Usage Data

IP address

Browser type and version

Device identifiers

Dates and times of access

Pages viewed, interactions, scan frequency, and time spent

d. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Maintain login sessions

Remember user preferences

Analyze traffic and usage patterns

Improve Service performance and reliability

You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features of the Service may not function properly.


3. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

Generate and deliver AI-based grading estimates

Improve and train AI models using aggregated and anonymized User Content

Communicate with you regarding your account, subscriptions, or updates

Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity

Enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations

You acknowledge and agree that:

User Content may be analyzed by automated systems

Card images, metadata, and AI outputs may be anonymized and aggregated

Anonymized data may be used indefinitely for AI training, research, analytics, and product improvement

GraderIQ does not use anonymized data to identify individual users.


5. Sharing of Information

We may share information only as described below:

a. Service Providers

With vendors that provide hosting, analytics, payment processing, security, and infrastructure support.

b. Business Transactions

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

c. Legal Requirements

If required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request.

d. Research & Development

Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared for AI research, analytics, or benchmarking.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.


6. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data and User Content while your Account is active or while the Service is offered.

If you delete your Account:

Personal identifiers will be removed or de-identified

Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely

If GraderIQ discontinues the Service, Personal Data will be deleted within a commercially reasonable period. We have no obligation to retain data thereafter.


7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Request corrections

Request deletion of Personal Data (subject to anonymized retention)

Opt out of marketing communications

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to:

Request deletion

Limit certain uses of data

GraderIQ does not sell personal data as defined by these laws.


9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and will delete such data if discovered.

Users aged 13–17 may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.


11. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws.


12. Monitoring & Analytics

We may monitor and analyze Service activity to:

Improve performance

Detect fraud or misuse

Enhance security

Such data may be anonymized for analytics and reporting.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
