GraderIQ, Inc. (“GraderIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the GraderIQ website and web application (the “Service”).

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Usage Data – Information collected automatically when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
User Content – Images of cards, grading results, and any other information you upload or enter into the Service.

Images of trading/sports cards you upload or capture with your camera/end device.
AI-generated grading predictions and related card details you enter.

Dates/times of access, pages viewed, time spent, and interactions with the Service.

We retain your personal information and uploaded card images for as long as your Account is active or as long as the Service is available.
If you delete your account, we will remove personal identifiers, though anonymized/aggregated images and results may be retained indefinitely for AI training and statistical analysis.
In the event GraderIQ ceases operations or discontinues the Service, all personal data will be deleted within a commercially reasonable period, and we will have no obligation to maintain or provide access to your data thereafter.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights, including the right to:

Access and request a copy of your personal data.
Request corrections of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your personal data (subject to our retention of anonymized data).
Opt out of marketing communications.

Users between 13 and 17 years old may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.

If you access GraderIQ from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.

We may log and analyze activity within the Service (e.g., page visits, scan frequency, interactions) to:
